Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract for the purchase of electronic components within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Name, Address, Email, Phone Number) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the noCancellation Policytification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
